Every crew lead, project manager, and inspector lives in the territory we service. We're not a national franchise running storm chasers through your zip code — we're here on the next storm, and the one after that.

Storm Response & Neighborhood Support

After major Front Range hail events (the 2017 Westminster storm, the 2018 Fountain storm, the 2023 Highlands Ranch / Centennial cluster), our crews routinely respond to neighborhoods we don't have an active contract in to do free emergency tarping for elderly residents, single-parent households, and properties with active leaks where insurance triage hadn't arrived yet. We don't turn that into marketing — but it's why our reputation in those neighborhoods drives our pipeline today.

Education for Homeowners

A surprising amount of insurance fraud and contractor abuse happens because homeowners don't know what they're looking at after a storm. We invest in education that doesn't funnel directly to a sale:

Independent and Denver-based. AC INC Roofing operates out of 6145 Broadway, Denver, CO 80216 — that's the office, the warehouse, and the dispatch hub. No franchise relationship, no out-of-state ownership, no storm-chaser pop-up branches.

Do you do nonprofit or hardship-case roofs?

Selectively. We commit to a small number of full or discounted donated roofs per year, typically routed through Habitat for Humanity, faith-community partners, or referrals from social-service organizations. Email or call to discuss — there's no online form for it because we want to actually talk to you.
