After inspecting my roof for about an hour it was discovered I had hail damage from a storm in 2024. At the end of the appointment I asked Ricky how much I owed for his time. He told me I didn’t owe anything as he emailed me the report he prepared about my roof.
Ricky was straightforward. He explained my roof could last another 5 or 10 years, but at the time of the appointment I was in the window that my homeowners insurance should cover it. At the end of the meeting Ricky explained that if I proceeded to replace my roof all he asked was to keep AC INC in mind.

AC Roofing did an amazing job removing my swamp cooler and patching our roof. There were some soft spots from water leaking over the years and you can barely tell there was anything there, the shingles match perfectly. Would highly recommend. They were super responsive and one of the best prices out there.
After having home insurance with the same company for 30 + years, I had a legitimate roof hail damage claim. My insurance company attempted to convince me that only one half of my roof was damaged, and the other side was not damaged. The insurance company's position was not believable. Imagine a thunder cloud directly over your home. The thunder cloud is only on one side of your roof but not the other. Yea, right ! What a nightmare. Taka, employee of AC Inc Roofing, explained that Insurance companies attempt to pay as little as possible on legitimate claims. Taka made suggestions, which resulted in the insurance company admitting that the entire roof had hail damage, and the insurance company paid the claim. As a result of Taka's professionalism, I ended up having more faith in him, than I did of my insurance company of 30 + years. The quality of Roofing from this company is exceptional. I recommend them highly. I do not however recommend my insurance provider of 30 + years.

Working with AC Inc was an great experience for our roof replacement. Very high quality work and they were helpful dealing with our insurance companies. Casey and the whole team were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had along the way.

We chose AC Roofing to do our roof replacement by recommendation of our insurance agent. Brandon at AC Roofing did a great job of ensuring everything got adjusted with insurance up front, and that the job got finished correctly. They also upgraded to ridgeline vents and Class IV shingles, which (along with the new roof) has helped lower my insurance premium. They were also professional and communicative when weather pushed back the install. While I tend to be skeptical when there's such a high fraction of 5-star reviews, these guys seem to have earned their rating and reputation. During the post-job county inspection, the inspector even made a comment along the lines of "Oh yeah, those guys are good. I don't think I'll find any issues." And that's what happened.
We are very happy with the entire experience with AC Inc. Our roof was totaled by a big hail storm and we needed a new one. Casey was our excellent project manager: he was incredibly honest and kind, made scheduling everything easy, checked in regularly with thorough emails keeping us updated and educated about the process, thoughtfully answered our many questions, was patient with some insurance check holdups, and was very sweet to our dog. AC Inc. overall worked well with our insurance company throughout the process as well as our solar company for solar panel removal and reinstall. We worked with Nick and Marius in the past for a roof inspection related to a potential warranty issue and some repair work. AC Inc. is also listed in the Colorado Roofing Association member directory where so many other roofing companies are not. We hope to not need another roof for a while, but when we do they will be our first call. Five stars!

AC INC Roofing did an amazing job. This was the first time I'd ever had to replace a roof and had no idea how to go about the process. Ricky, the project manager, drove out to my house and waited for the insurance adjuster to explain what he was seeing and make sure everything was clear for my initial claim to get started. He and Elle took care of all the communication with my insurance company, made scheduling super easy, and even got my out of pocket cost down to below my deductible. I'm recommending them to anyone I know in the future who needs a new roof, and I'll definitely be using them again the next time my roof needs replaced. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

AC INC. Roofing is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Casey went above and beyond in explaining everything and checking that all work was done to code and to my satisfaction. Not only did AC INC. do a professional job on my hail damaged roof, they coordinated all damage items and estimates with my insurance company. I also needed repairs on gutters, trim, chimney cap, paint, and other items. AC INC. referred me to and coordinated with a painter and gutter crew to get those items repaired so that I did not have to go hunting around for multiple contractors. In the end, my insurance paid for everything. I hope to not have to replace a roof again, but if I do, I will call AC INC. Thanks guys!

Most professional encounter. Taka travelled to our home to inspect our roof and thereafter provide an estimate for replacement. He answered all of my questions and stayed in touch as we were making our decision. We ultimately chose another contractor for the job, but I would not hesitate to contact AC Inc in the future for other possible jobs.

They walked me through the process of getting a whole new roof through my insurance company - they met with them when they came to do the inspection, and negotiated with them to get the most coverage for what I needed. On top of that, they did the roof in one day. Cannot recommend them enough!

They were contracted to repair a leaky skylight for $850. When they eventually arrived (after initially missing the schedule we set) I was told a “proper” fix was going to cost $1955. This was a significant difference so I asked them to estimate the same work on all four of my skylights. I was told $3744. OK, clearly some price gouging when you can do them for $936 each but you want $1955 for one.
That said, I accepted the new price for all four without fighting and decided to hold them to quality.
The repair tech hammered hard on my roof for 4 days. Naturally, this knocked the interior drywall around the skylight onto our furniture which I cleaned every day. Not a small mess by any stretch but I didn’t complain. When the exterior work was finished I naturally expected them to fix the new damage they caused. I was told this was out of scope. For anyone who has PM experience this is laughable. The scope didn’t exist when we made the contract so it would have never been included. It’s an issue they caused. When explained this, they agreed and brought in someone to drywall and texture. Great. This painful but Im happy if it’s being fixed. To everyone’s surprise the interior tech told us he wouldn’t paint. I have the matching paint so this is seriously a small step to finish the repair. At that point, the owner Nick Bennett attempted to gaslight me with accusations and straight up lies.
This is where they lost my business and my respect. I paid the invoice in full and will never, ever work with them again. You will regret it too. Stay away

He came out and performed a full review of the roof and our property and walked me through the estimate and what he thought it would take to thoroughly complete the job and a reasonable estimate on timeframe from start to finish. Although we ended up choosing a roofing contractor (friend of a family member), Taka was respectful and understanding of our decision. We did get a few other quotes and estimates from other companies prior to his arrival at our home and they were all downright intrusive, invasive, and ridiculous! If we had not received a contact from our family we ultimately would have ended up choosing AC because of Taka’s commitment to our satisfaction and the respectful manner that he treated us in.

AC Roofing was an exceptional company to work with on a recent insurance claim. They really took the lead and dealt with the insurance company directly throughout the process. This included the initial submission, meeting the claims adjuster on site, submitting supplemental funding requests and meeting the adjuster again to point out the areas that required additional funding. They also did repairs to the house outside of the roof resulting from hail damage.
It was a really easy process from our perspective since they managed the entire claim from start to finish and were very patient and understanding with the payment delays we experienced due to slow processing and mortgage approval processes. This was for a rental property, but we plan on using them again if we need repairs to our personal home. I can't endorsed them enough.

Ricky was an awesome rep who helped me through the entire claims process with my home insurer after losing my roof to a bad hailstorm earlier this year and made sure I was taken care of. We had a hailstorm earlier in the year. We contacted AC INC for an estimate. They came out, took pictures, and advised us on how to move forward. They worked closely with us in dealing with insurance and made the process so much easier than I was expecting. Throw our solar provider into the mix for detach/reattach and it was still super easy to coordinate. Brandon was extremely responsive during the entire process from start to finish, making the entire ordeal easy to manage.

They did an excellent job. The technician was professional and friendly. My only complaint is the first attempt at this was cancelled because the original supplier did not have the right shingles and we needed to reschedule. The roof was being repaired so solar panels could be installed and the reschedule forced a delay in that. But I would recommend them.

A friend of mine referred AC Inc to me so I felt fairly comfortable reaching out to them. I also took a look at the reviews and I was even more comfortable. Taka came out to inspect our damage and detailed the entire process that was about to kick off with our insurance company. Unfortunately, our insurance company dragged their feet and the process stretched out for many months. Taka explained that this might happen but he felt confident we would be happy that we waited. He was right! We were able to get our roof and gutters replaced and AC Inc worked with a company to get our house painted. That company did an amazing job as well! If you need a new roof, this is the company to go with. They know the process and are very solid in documenting everything along the way. While I still don't know the entire process of working with the insurance companies, I do appreciate AC Inc taking over and explaining everything that was happening. Taka was very friendly and professional and put me at ease with a somewhat intimidating roof ordeal. Next time we have major damage, they'll be my first call!
Spectacular! We fortunately discovered that we had major hail damage because my wife observed a deluge of water hitting her garden (gutters were faulty). Upon inspection of the gutters by a gutter company, they shocked us with news that we had major hail damage. So I vetted three companies. And Taka from AC INC. Roofing ended up #1. My choice proved to be no mistake as Taka was super cordial and professional throughout the entire process. The communication lines were as open as you can desire. Everything was executed as communicated. I have already passed on referrals to friends. When hail hits our house again here in Colorado (which is unavoidable with weather patterns), our family knows who to contact for trustworthy service.

Everyone I worked with at AC INC. Roofing was great to work with, true professionals. They documented our two roof issues with photos before and another round of photos after their work was completed. AC INC Roofing is the best is town! We had significant damage to our roof and house after a tornado came through Highlands Ranch and Taka and his team took care of everything. I got nailed by the 5/2023 hail storms and then found out my concrete tile roof was ridiculously expensive. AC Inc's team helped me maneuver the insurance nightmare to get it fully replaced. They also kept me in the loop about supply chain issues, permits, and all the joy that comes with a major project of this proportion. The actual install only took a few days and the new roof is a thing of beauty.
AC Inc also acted as my general contractor for some other repairs (screens, gutters and shutters), which was awesome because I sure didn't have time to do all of that!

Instead of helping us understand our invoice after we asked multiple times for an itemized invoice to understand why we were charged over $2,000 twice for new gutters, they threatened and bullied us, saying they would report us for insurance fraud. All we wanted to know was the exact breakdown of the invoice and why the last payment was so high. They gave no explanation, this company only cares about the money and not the customer

AC Roofing, Inc did a great job of replacing my roof, painting my deck and staining my fence. They also replaced my garage door and painted it. I had significant damage from a hailstorm on May 9, 2023 and Nick Bennett and his crew took care of everything. This review is long overdue! I called AC inc. to have someone come out to inspect my roof as I have had multiple leaks in the 4 years since having my home built. Not only were they very kind, but agreed to come over right away. Ricky came over and spent many hours inside and out, and provided a thorough report that I was able to provide to my builder. I am still in the process of resolution with my builder, but would highly recommend AC inc. they are thorough and honest. I will only work with them for roofing issues.

He explained clearly the complicated process of seeking payment from our insurance company, met with the adjuster, and helped us win a generous reimbursement for hail damage. We had previously been working with another roofing company to repair a leak in our roof - that particular company had visited our property two times to repair the same issue but were unsuccessful. They dealt with the insurance company and the city inspector and permitting people so I didn't have to do much outside of initiating my insurance claim. We were very pleased with the entire process of getting our roof replaced by AC, as well as by the final results. The guys worked 3 extremely long days to get the job finished quickly. They did a great job cleaning up after the install. In the end, I was amazed by how great everything looked. The new shingles looked fantastic and I was very surprised at how much better the house looked with new gutters and downspouts. Nick was excellent, and his response was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been in a battle with insurance, and I had a roofing company come out to see the damage before he did. They were easy to work with, and I was happy to find solutions that were lower in cost and time, as well as practicality. I’d work with AC Inc. any time.
A few weeks ago I noticed a lot of water on the underside of my roof in my attic with all the snow we've been getting out here in Denver this winter. I called AC Inc. Roofing since they were recommended to me by a close friend. I talked on the phone with Nick and Taka, both were super helpful and responsive. They came out to my home within 48 hours and inspected the roof for signs of damage and build quality. They determined that the roof was in good shape but my attic might not have had enough ventilation. Since there had little to no soffit vents installed by the builders back in 1996, that installing soffits would be a great place to start. They had their ventilation guy, Mario, out here within a day and he installed 15 soffit vents all around the overhang of our roof within 5 hours. The underside of our attic has dried out substantially. I cannot thank AC Inc. Roofing for their exceptional and prompt service. They also didn't cost my family an arm and a leg either. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
